There are some really good Spidey
stories being told out there. The Spider-Man’s Tangled Web issues rule.
Especially “Flowers For Rhino”. Ultimate Marvel Team-Up rocks, and the Peter
Parker story is great. This is worth consuming!
A book is like the TARDIS. Open it up and it's bigger on the inside. One part reading journal, one part educational tool for pop culture newbies and parents of young geeks. This blog is your portal into the world of movies, TV, superheroes, and of course books!

Bad Twin by Gary Troup (A LOST tie-in novel)
WORTH CONSUMING!
I want to know who really wrote
this! It’s very good, just a few very hard to believe coincidences. Still for a
tie-in to LOST, it’s good. No secrets seemed to be revealed, but a few hints pop
up. The book gives a new perspective on the show, but does not solve anything. Consume
It!

"The Ultimates 2, Vol. 1: Gods and Monsters"
WORTH CONSUMING!
What a difference a Year makes.
Ultimate(s)-Land has gotten grim and deadly. A real mystery forming here. Still
rated T for Teen. But this book is not for those under age 15. If you hated the
Defenders, this is the book for you. Consume it!!!! (Responsibly)

The Goon: My Murderous Childhood (and Other Grievous Yarns) Vol. 2
WORTH CONSUMING!
A very good origin story about how
the Goon came about to become the leader of Labrazio's gang. The art and
writing is top shelf. The biggest downfall to this is you only get 4 issues per
volume. $20 for 4 stories is a little pricey. But it is worth it!!!!! Consume
It!!!!!

"Star Trek: Debt of Honor"
WORTH CONSUMING!
Claremont does it again- Almost. A
Great homage to the Star Trek Franchise. But some of the plot is very Tom
Clancy and a little to Cloak and Dagger (Which BTW is Claremont’s only problem
with his run on X-Men.) Still worth Consuming!!!

"Shadow Rock"
WORTH CONSUMING!
A kid’s book- With a bite. But
nowadays, aren’t they all like that. A great mystery with a very convenient
plot tie-up. This is not everyone’s cup of tea. For fans of Mystery Inc.
