WORTH CONSUMING!
70’s Marvel has a black cloud of
cheese and goofiness. But SVTU was really, really good! I loved it. Great
plots, excellent art, and great characters. My respect for Doom has grown, and
I’ve always been partial to Namor!
The only negative aspect is that I
don’t consider the Sub-Mariner a Super Villain. He’s more an anti-hero. Only
the Red Skull and Hate Monger’s team up is the real thing. I know it’s all
semantics here- so I won’t criticize or penalize this book.
Worth Consuming a big ol’ group of 5
