This shouldn’t be an Elseworld’s
annual. 9/10 of this book is Shrinking Violet retelling someone else the story
of “Wizard of Oz” with some 23rd century twists and turns. And the other 10% of
this book revolving around a plot in the current DC Universe.
This title is a misnomer! And a big
disappointment.
The art really is the only thing
that saves this issue. And at times- that’s uneven.
