The cover was great and very
clever!!!Still, not the best Secret Origins outing.

"Secret Origins (3rd Series, 1986-90) Issue #37"
The substitute heroes’ story was
very good, though I prefer the WB Kids episode of Legion of Superheroes that
dealt with these oddballs better. The Dr. Light story blew. Names were jumbled,
and really, to be honest, he’s not the interesting of a character. Maybe it’s
because he later ends up raping Sue Dibny.
