the cover, the Scarlet Speedster does not appear in this book. But an extra
Special Super Secret Villain does. A Great Homage to the Rogue Gallery of one
of the best loved super heroes of all-time.
A true Worth Consuming if there ever
will be. This is by far my 2nd favorite issue in this series.
