Why I gave up consuming "Kitchen Science: A Guide to Knowing the Hows and Whys for Fun and Success in the Kitchen":

It just was taking too long and got kinda boring to me. I really think this 1st chapter intimidated me, because while it’s necessary to cook food with the right utensils, I will never have all of them in my house. So I just kinda wimped out and gave up.
