Part 2 got a little better but it didn't do very much to make this overall story a favorite of mine. The link between the rampaging mutant and the giant-sized Justice League is made much clearer. So, that helps the plot along a little bit. Plus, the tragic ending also won me over some- not for somebody dying but how the writer and artist crafted it into a memorable moment in an otherwise ho-hum story.
