Gotham Underground #4

   

   With the coming gang war and dozens of heavy-hitters disappearing for not joining with Tobias Whale, the remaining untethered villains are joining forces and then selling their new allies to the gang leader whose the highest bidder. Meanwhile, Nightwing has agreed to allow the Riddler to become his partner in order to maintain his cover as a Penguin goon but someone is on to them. Then Robin has an encounter with a blast from his past.

   There's a lot going on in this issue and that makes for a little bit too much in just 32-short little pages. I haven't stopped enjoying this series but this was the weakest, and by weakest, I mean jumbled and disjointed plotting, chapter of this mini-series.

   Worth Consuming!
