WORTH CONSUMING!
Always been a Deadman fan- great
look and costume. Though I’ve always had trouble with a super hero who can only
work in the dead bodies of others. The Spectre- who’s also featured with a
story in this issue- does not seem to have that problem, so why should
Deadman??? Anyway- the Deadman story is good- just not long enough. The Spectre
story is almost a dead-on reprint! Art and storyline and writing. Big
disappointment. And his quasi-dead but solid thing is never really clear. Also,
this issue should have been a Halloween issue, but it was released un June ‘87,
which means April. This doesn’t make me hate this book any- I just feel that DC
missed out on a great holiday tie in with that one.
