Dr. Mindbender has created another Cobra
soldier to perform some act of sabotage against the Joes! This time, he’s
created the perfect stealth warrior in order for the solider to infiltrate the
Joes semi-secret base in Utah. It’s an eerie game of cat and mouse that will
result in a new top secret device of the American government getting swiped and
perhaps one of the best car chase scenes to take place in the Mojave desert.
It’s a very suspenseful
tale that I enjoyed very much. Spirit’s tracking skills are put to the ultimate
test here. But, during the whole encounter, I’m wondering “Where’s Snake Eyes?
True, if he was here, this new Cobra drone would never have made it off the
base. But, still the American ninja is mysteriously absent from this issue.
